Does the Artwork sold on this site come framed?
All paintings and painting prints sold online are sold in Reverse Box Frames
The Reverse Box Frames are sold in two colours, light natural brown and in black.
Can I buy the paintings and painting prints unframed?
Yes you can, please contact me through the contacts page or email me directly on jess@jesscreatedit.co.za to enquire about unframed artwork.
Do you sell any other types of frames with your artwork?
Yes I do, I am able to offer a wide variety of frames, to find out more about custom framing, please contact me through the contacts page or email me directly on jess@jesscreatedit.co.za to enquire about unframed artwork.
Returns?
Please contact me on jess@jesscreatedit.co.za if you have any problems with the artwork which you have received and I will be happy to help.
Once I place an order, how long will it take till I get my artwork?
Artwork processing to delivery usually takes between 7 – 10 business days.
Can I collect my artwork?
Collections are available in Cape Town [Milnerton, Table View, Blouberg areas], South Africa ONLY.
Do you deliver outside of South Africa?
I do not deliver outside of South Africa, however my artwork can be purchased as a digital file on Etsy. Alternatively, please reach out to me on the contacts page and I will be able to send the required artwork to you directly which you can then have printed in your area.
What areas do you deliver you artwork to?
Anywhere in South Africa
